When using a button to construct an email, within seconds of Outlook opening, the error message pops up (see screenshot)Sadly reverting to 32bit office is sadly not a fix we can work with long trem, using large Word docs means 64bit Office suite is needed ultimately
Steps to reproduce the problem
Test 1Open Filemaker, click the button to start the email. Outlook opens and then crashes, test system = Win8.1 64bit/Outlook 2013 64bit

Open Filemaker, click the button to start the email. Outlook opens and works, test system = Win7 64bit/Outlook 2013 64bit
Test 3
Open Filemaker, click the button to start the email. Outlook opens and works, test system = Win7 64bit/Outlook 2007 32bit
Test 4
Open Filemaker, click the button to start the email. Outlook opens, test system = Win7 64bit/Outlook 2010 32bit
Expected result

Tried the fix to create the registry keyHLCU\Software\Microsoft\Office\15.0\RPC
DeConnectOpts with a value of 0
this didn't work for us.
