Description of the issue

I am trying to save all my layouts to a PDF in order to make one big document for when we require a print out of all the forms in the database. When I view my layout in preview mode, everything looks fine but once I save to PDF and try to open the file I get the error message "An error exists on this page. Acrobat may not display the page correctly. Please contact the person who created the PDF document to correct the problem". What then seems to be the issue is that some of the fields and objects (such as text) do not appear, even though they did on the preview.This does not happen to all the layouts and if I print the page straight from filemaker it works fine. But I need to be able to view as a PDF.

Steps to reproduce the problem

Tried to print to file as others suggested but working with windows so there is not print to file dialogue box in order for me to choose the file type. Then tried to delete the items that don't appear and add them again to the layout. After changing the font of one of the text boxes it then appeared but this did not work for anything else.
