insert text in script step not working correctly in WebDirect (2 Comments)

Description of the issue

Setting up an email to multiple users in a loop. Want to start out with Hi John, so button does insert text.

Insert Text[Emails::g_email_body_template;"<<name_first>>"]

On my computer in Developer works perfectly. I enter Hi and a space, cursor after the space, trigger script, and enters <<name_first>> correctly after "Hi "

However, in WebDirect using exactly the same procedure the <<name_first>> text is entered before the Hi as the very first text in the global.
