Empty portals cause PDF to report a error

Description of the issue

Whenever my portals are empty, they will cause a saved/exported pdf to say the following error.

"Acrobat: An error exists on this page. Acrobat may not display the page correctly. Please contact the person who created the PDF document to correct the problem."

Steps to reproduce the problem

Just export a PDF with empty portal, error will appear when PDF is opened. If portal has data in it, it will not cause the error.
