Cannot scroll using trackpad on FileMaker Pro 14

Description of the issue

I used to be able to scroll using trackpad, on FileMaker Pro 13, looking at list views, scrolling up and down editing scripts. However, on FileMaker Pro 14, I realised that I cannot do the scrolling anymore on a trackpad, it just does not respond. The only scrolling possible is via arrow keys, which is slow and inefficient.

Steps to reproduce the problem

Go to list view populated with many records.
Scroll using apple trackpad by using 2 fingers.
It does not scroll.

Go the script editor.
Scroll using apple trackpad by using 2 fingers.
It does not scroll.

Expected result

It should scroll.

Actual result

Cannot scroll on trackpad.

Workaround

Scroll line by line using arrow keys, or click on the scroll bar to drag and scroll.
