No text in menus and DialogBox after Filemaker 13 installation (6 Comments)

Description of the issue

After launching setup.exe succesfully and a success install of filemaker 13, when I launch Filemaker 13 on this specific PC, there are no texts in the menu, and no texts in all DialogBoxes.
On other PC, with same configuration, no problems. With Filemaker 12 on this PC, there is no problem.
Tried to install extra languages, but the problem persist.

Steps to reproduce the problem

Launch setup.exe, and then launch filemaker 13.

Windows 7 Pro, ServicePack 1, French language.
