Can't download a particular closed database from Server 13 using the Admin Console (1 Comment)

Description of the issue

I have Windows 7 machine running Filemaker Server 13.5 with 80 databases hosted. I can close and download each database with the exception of one database. When I close this database and then attempt to download it, the server crashes after 10 minutes of the activity wheel spinning. The crash occurs prior to the step at which you would decide to save or open the database.

Log reflects that the Server was preparing to download the file, that it downloaded the file, that it disconnected the Administrator. However, the zip file has not been created. I attached a copy of the server log.

Steps to reproduce the problem

1. Open Admin Console locally from the server machine.
2. Close the database using the Admin Console.
3. Request that the database be downloaded.
4. Activity wheel in the upper right hand corner of the window spins, then spins yellow, then spins red.
5. Then, after 10 minutes, the Admin Console crashes.
6. A new browser window appears with 404 error and a statement that the zip file could not be located:

FileMaker Server has encountered an error:
The requested resource is not available.

Expected result

I would have expected that a dialogue window would have appeared asking me to save the downloaded compressed file.

Actual result

Admin Console crashes. New browser window appears with a 404 error explaining that the zip file could not be located:

FileMaker Server has encountered an error:
The requested resource is not available.
