Description of the issue

When running a database design report (as HTML) you will receive an error.

Steps to reproduce the problem

1) Create a new simple database.
2) Locate a graphic file (anything that is compatible with FileMaker) and name that graphic file anything but include an ampersand ("&") in the name.
3) Insert the graphic into your test file
4) Run the DDR as HTML

Expected result

The report should run without displaying an error dialog.

Actual result

You get an error dialog that complains about the entity name. See below.

SAXParseException: expected entity name for reference (Occurred in entity '/Volumes/Marc/var/folders/tb/2j9fk6nx13l_yhx4rfgwsfsc0000gn/T/FMTEMPFM4672_34.tmp', at line 73, column 26.)

Configuration information

Use FileMaker 14 to replicate. I think it works fine using FileMaker 13.

Workaround

Delete the graphic in FileMaker
Use graphics with names that don't include an ampersand in the fie name.
