Description of the issue

After purchasing Filemaker Pro 14 (up from 12) there is no IWP option. When one goes to the File -> Sharing menu the only options are the Upload to FileMaker Server, Share with FileMaker Clients, Enable ODBC/JDBC, and Confingure for WebDirect. The Instant Web Publishing option doesn't exist.

Steps to reproduce the problem

I checked multiple forum posts and confirmed that all folders were in their proper locations. That had no effect, nor did uninstalling and reinstalling Filemaker Pro 14.

No error messages.
