FMP14 Reconnect feature does not authenticate through remote server (Active Directory) (1 Comment)

Description of the issue

The new Reconnect feature in FMP14 produces a permissions error and fails to log back in to our systems. I can only assume that it is not attempting to re-authenticate through the remote server (we use Active Directory) as it does on initial login.

Steps to reproduce the problem

Log in to a FileMaker database using an Active Directory group to authenticate permissions. Connection time-out or network loss, click reconnect button when it appears.

Expected result

Reconnect to database and continue working.

Actual result

Error is given saying the user does not have permission to access the file.

Configuration information

Active Directory running on Windows Server 2008.
