Description of the issue

Please see attached 2 screenshots. If you add "Preferences..." to a custom "FileMaker Pro" menu, it will show up twice. But even after you remove "Preferences" from your custom FileMaker Pro menu, Preferences STILL shows up twice. You have to quit & relaunch FileMaker for it to revert back to just one Preferences menu.
