Pop-up Menus shunted up when Edit Record Toolbar is hidden (1 Comment)

Description of the issue

Pop-up menus in the lower half of the screen are shunted up when tapped into, as if to reveal a keyboard. The menu is displayed well, but the shunt is unnecessary.

Steps to reproduce the problem

Create a layout sized to display on an iPad in landscape. Place a pop-up menu with a few options in the value list near the bottom of the layout.

Run a script with the 'Show/Hide Toolbars' script step with the 'Include Edit Record Toolbar' option on.

Tap on the pop-up menu field.

Expected result

No shunting. No keyboard is required, so the screen should remain in place.

Actual result

Screen unnecessarily shunted up by half a screen's worth, as if making room for a keyboard.

In the image attached, the blue strip should be at the bottom of the screen.
