Description of the issue

When entering an Webdirect application intially, the status bar briefly displays, even if it is set to be turned off immediately in a startup script. This makes it difficult to have a layout that appears as a simple web page.

Steps to reproduce the problem

Login to an app using Webdirect. Have your STartup script immediately hide the status toolbar.
Status tool bar will still show on initial login.

Expected result

Expect/would like to be able to keep the status bar hidden and never show even temporarily.

Actual result

Status tool bar shows briefly no matter what settings are used.
