Description of the issue

When using the export option in WebDirect with tables containing Unicode data the output is not correct

Steps to reproduce the problem

Create a table with a field that contains Unicode data such as a with an ' or a n with a ~.

Export the table using CSV or TSV.

Examine Excel out put

Expected result

Data should retain Unicode form

Actual result

Data puts garbage characters in place of Unicode test

Exact text of any error message(s) that appear

None

Export data in HTML, then copy and edit
