Description of the issue

After installing JDK or JRE 7 Update 45 and launching Admin Console, Java alerts Admin Console Web Start application will be blocked in a future Java security update. I'm afraid we can't use Admin Console at all next year or later (without changing the Security Level setting of Java).

Steps to reproduce the problem

Installing JDK or JRE 7 Update 45 and launching Admin Console (for the first time).

Expected result

JAR file manifest of Admin Console contains the Permissions attribute for security. The security warning message is not displayed.

Actual result

After installing JDK or JRE 7 Update 45 and launching Admin Console, the following warning is shown:

"This application will be blocked in a future Java security update because the JAR file manifest does not contain the Permissions attribute. Please contact the Publisher for more information."
