Description of the issue

Using google chrome (PC & MAC), IE 9 and 10 (PC), Firefox (MAC) the theme (Retro) is not displaying. The theme is displayed through the client and FilemakerGO, but not the listed above web browsers.

Steps to reproduce the problem

access the filemaker database through web broswer(s)

Expected result

the theme should appear as developed

Actual result

database appears, but with no theme
