Upload Database to Server doesn't work if no databases open on server

Description of the issue

Local server does not appear in local hosts list for purpose of uploading a database to it, if there are no databases currently on the server.

Steps to reproduce the problem

1. No databases hosted/open on the server
2. On the same machine (may work if on a different machine though not tested) open FileMaker Pro
3. Sharing -> Upload database
4. Server does not appear under local host. Also adding it manually as a favorite host also does not work
5. After entering login using favorite host, connection does not work to server.

Expected result

Server should appear as local host regardless as to whether any databases are on it or not - that is the whole point of being able to upload a database

Actual result

See above - first database has to be manually copy/pasted into the databases folder, after that upload function works as expected
