Description of the issue

No plugins are showing up in FileMaker 13 server

Steps to reproduce the problem

I've tried each plug-in individually, uninstalled and reinstalled Java (latest version), uninstalled and reinstalled FM13Server, etc.

Expected result

Plugins to show up and to be enabled.

Actual result

No plugins show up in the list whether enables nor not

Configuration information

Using latest versions of plugins from 360Works that are 64bit.
