Description of the issue

I really need to use the Instant Web Publishing feature through Filemaker Pro. However, everything I find online about how to do so starts off with the basic instructions of going to "FILE->SHARING->INSTANT WEB PUBLISHING". But, when I go to file, then sharing, the only option I get is for "Filemaker Network...". The fact that I can't find anyone else with the same problem after a few hours of research leads me to believe it could be an easy fix that I'm just not seeing, so hopefully one of you guys can help me out. Tell me it's just something easy I'm not seeing! Thanks in advance.

Steps to reproduce the problem

Just go to "FILE->SHARING->..."

Expected result

the option of "Instant Web Publishing" should be there

Actual result

I only get the option for "Filemaker Network..."

Exact text of any error message(s) that appear

Not getting that far.
