Description of the issue

I need to install FIleMaker 11 in order to convert my FileMaker Pro 6 documents into a format that can be opened by FileMaker Pro 13.
The FileMaker 11 free trial versions I have tried to download are all packed with a .MPkg format which cannot be opened with my OS 10.9.1 system.
