Description of the issue

As explored here: http://forums.filemaker.com/posts/be2048124c, If a conditional value list defined in the interface file of a two file split data/interface system will not show text values that start with a special character such as an asterisk sorted to the top of the list as will be the case in other versions or if you remove either the split file or conditional format factors.

Steps to reproduce the problem

Download this zip archive, open the interface file and test. Switch over to the data file and note that the same value list setting there does not produce this same order for the values.
