Description of the issue

FileMaker 13 will not launch when a plugin is placed in either extensions folder.

Just obtained this machine today, did a transfer from the old machine with migration manager.
Upon launching FileMaker, nothing.
Did a removal of FileMaker and did an install, tried launching, nothing.
Did removal of FileMaker cache, tried launching nothing.
Finally went to the extension folder in ~Library and removed plugins, tried launching, success.
Next went to my solution and ran the open script which installs plugins, but displays plugin could not be installed.
