Issue report by Marc Adler
Product
FileMaker ProVersion
LatestOperating system version
Windows Vista 2007Description of the issue
As I was installing the trial version day before yesterday, I was (yes, stupidly) clicking yes to everything since the default settings were all correct, and it suggested D: (my recovery partition) to install FM.Well, now I can't uninstall it, since the Windows "uninstall" thing doesn't work on on the "program files" directory on the other partition. I tried reinstalling it in C: (my main partition) but the registry settings were probably screwed up, so it just told me I can't install FM on my computer.
Steps to reproduce the problem
Stupidly say "yes" when it asks to install the trial version on the recovery partition.Expected result
Installation of trial version.Actual result
Failure to install trial version.Exact text of any error message(s) that appear
Filemaker cannot be installed on this system.Screenshot
