Description of the issue

In webdirect, there is a horizontal scrollbar on the bottom of the window in list or layout view. The vertical scrollbar on the right is not immediately visible.

- it happens both in List view and form view

- even if there are no fields on the layout but there is an object anchored to the right, there is a horizontal scrollbar

- if no object is anchored, there is no scrollbar, but the vertical scrollbar is in the middle of the screen depending on the width of the layout

- it's only happening in webdirect, not in filemaker client

Steps to reproduce the problem

even if the layout is narrowed to a few pixels on the right of the field closest to the edge of the layout, the webviewer adds an extra space next to the layout on the right so you can see the vertical scroll bar. It doesn't matter if I provide this extra space in the layout. The webviewer always adds the extra space needed for the vertical scrollbar.

Expected result

No horizontal scrollbar, but vertical scrollbar immediately visible on the right.

Actual result

horizontal scrollbar. vertical scrollbar is hidden.
