Description of the issue

It rarely happens that Persistent-ID shows a wrong value.
Restarting FM seems to fix it

Expected result

Persistent-ID evaluating persistent value every time

Actual result

On a clients PC, PersistenID usually delivers

Once delivered
D41D8CD98F00B204E9800998########

(I covered last 8 digits with # for protection reasons)

Configuration information

This issue occurred twice on different PC's.
Didn't happen on Mac yet.

TS, if possible, please gather some informations about
- what the PersistentID is based on
- how it is possible to get wrong values

We have activation-password based on this and a customer is blocked whenever this happens
