Description of the issue

Some characters from czech keyboard (ě, ď, ť) are interpreted in relation as (e, d, t).

Steps to reproduce the problem

Two tables (Master, Details) are related with a text key

Master table has one record with key: 'Štěp'
Details table has two records with keys:
'Štep' and second record: 'Štěp'

I expected, only second record from Details table will be related, but to my surprise both records are related to the key 'Štěp'.

Expected result

'Štěp' is matched only with 'Štěp'

Actual result

'Štěp' is matched with 'Štěp' and 'Štep'
