Printing on DYMO LabelWriter 400 shifted with Filemaker 13 (2 Comments)

Description of the issue

When I migrated a database from Filemaker 12 to Filemaker 13, all the labels being printed with a DYMO Labelwriter 400 are shifted and as a result are only partially printed.

Steps to reproduce the problem

Loaded database on Filemaker 12 and printed label: OK
Loaded database on Filemaker 13 and printed label: not correctly printed

Expected result

Label to print as shown on screen

Actual result

Only a portion of the label is printed

Workaround

I have been manually shifting the layouts to the right to get the labels printing correctly. I have attached a photo of 2 labels. 1st printed in Filemaker 13 and the second in Filemaker 12
