Is there a way to know each table size in one file database.?

Description of the issue

Database growing hugely in size in one day...?
previously my file size is 34MB, we are made change in one of the table with 2 new record added and the file size grow from 34MB into 236MB.?
I have not add any new table or layout into a database.

can anybody help me to discover this phenomena?
