Description of the issue

When scrolling either up/down or left/right the screen image is distorted or torn.

Steps to reproduce the problem

Clicking off the screen and returning to the screen it will then be ok but if scrolling or making other selections within the screen it will distort or tear again. Clicking elsewhere in the screen usually does not correct the image. I use our FM db on both a Mac and a Windows 7 machine and it only happens on the Windows machine. This started happening when I updated from v1 to v2.

I've tried doing a screen capture but clicking to open my screen capture program usually clears the torn image.
