Description of the issue

Pop over buttons on layouts do not display on iPad. Same layouts viewed on iPhone, FMPro or WebDirect show and function as expected.

I have tried creating new simple pop over buttons with same result. These did display before. Only change I am aware of is recent ios update.

Steps to reproduce the problem

Create regular button and a pop over button on layout. View with iPad.

Expected result

Both buttons should be visible.

Actual result

Regular button displays. Pop Over button does not display.
