Description of the issue

Filemaker v2 had a feature in the "Print" dialog box which would allow you to print showing a specific page number to start with. i.e., even though I only have 20 actual pages in my database to print I want to the print out to show the first page as e.g. 93 and then have the following pages print in order through 123. I understand from FileMaker support people that this now has to be down with a "script". Can you please advise how this script is written in order to accomplish this.

Steps to reproduce the problem

No feature in current dialog box for v11

Expected result

Expect to be able to print with a specific page number showing on the printed copy.

Actual result

No available feature
