Description of the issue

I have 750+ records in a Invoicing file.
I have one field called "description" that repeats 9 times on each record. The first instance of that repetition is suppose to be different on each record but it just started appearing IDENTICAL on all my records. I had this problem a few years back and I upgraded to the latest FileMaker to try to fix it. Worked great for a year and a half and now is corrupted again.

Opened an earlier back-up of the file
