Description of the issue

We have a DB hosted for us online. We have an identical DB on location. There is no internet connection on location, so we want to create records offline, then add them to the online DB so we have a master collection of records. I would have thought that this was a typical use case, but can't find a simple way to do it. If I import records I have to match up all the fields and its really complex, having to match each table at a time. Our plan is to upload new records to the master DB everyday for six weeks during the project! Any help is very much appreciated.
