Description of the issue

I'm unable to connect to the server using the OPEN REMOTE option. When I go into OPEN REMOTE and select the HOST, the dialog box does appear to enter my account name and password. When I try to upload a filemaker solution & select the host & enter the username and password, I get the following error:

The file "X" could not be opened. Either the host is not available, or the file is not available on the host.

When I attempt to open Recent files or Favorite files, I get the same error message.

Steps to reproduce the problem

File - Open Remote - Select Host

or

File - Share - Upload to Filemaker Server - Enter username and password

or

File - Open Recent - select file

or

File - Open Favorite - select file

Expected result

Open Remote - Select Host: expect dialog box to appear

File - Share - Upload to FileMaker Server: expect connection to server after entering credentials

File - Open Recent: dialog box to appear asking for credentials

File - Favorite: dialog box to appear asking for credentials

Actual result

Open Remote - No dialog box appears

File - Share - Upload to FileMaker Server: no connection

File - Open Recent: No dialog box

File - Favorite: dialog to appear asking for credentials
