Description of the issue

If I change the zoom level all the fields go blank. Only one zoom level in each layout displays properly. For some layouts the only zoom that shows data is 75% for others only 100% works. Also, when printing the data does not print. The printing looks like the screen shot with the "wrong" zoom. I would like to zoom in and out and print with out my data disappearing. Is there a setting I just need to change?

Steps to reproduce the problem

I have uninstalled filemaker and reinstalled. Problem persists. I can zoom/print same database from other computers with same version installed from the same install files and don't have a problem.
