Upgrade to FMS 12.0.4.405 Breaks Date Searches (3 Comments)

Description of the issue

the old date format I used to use no longer works ie: 09/03/2013

However, if I specify the date as 09-03-2013 it does work.

However if I try to specify a search to select all records greater than a date neither >=09/03/2013 or >=09-03-2013 works.

Steps to reproduce the problem

Install Filemaker Server 12 v3 on Mac OS X 10.7.5
Create Web App using XML interface
Upgrade FMS to 12 v4
Watch web searches fail

Expected result

standard functions should work as advertised

Actual result

search fails

Workaround

In some cases it is possible to use the hyphen instead of the forward slash but this does not work for range searches.
