Description of the issue

I have a form I use for my business and the 5th page of my form portal does not print out lines or show them in preview, but I see them in browse and in find. I looked thru the forum for similar problems people have had, but the delineate fields box is not checked as others have suggested and I don't know what to do. Any other suggestions?
