Databases not visible when "List only the databases each user is authorized to access" is turned on

Description of the issue

When Opening Remote File hosted on FileMaker Server 13 no databases are visible even though user has to access to databases hosted on server. This could be an issue of incompatibility between versions, but it may be awhile before upgrading servers to FMS14. Until then is there a resolution?

Steps to reproduce the problem

On FMServer 13 turn on "List only the databases each user is authorized to access"; in FileMaker Pro 14 attempt to open remote databases hosted on the server and no databases are visible.

Expected result

Expect to see list of databases that the user has access to.

Actual result

No databases are visible to user. They can still connect to the databases other ways such as "Recent Files".

Workaround

Turn "List only the databases each user is authorized to access" off if it isn't a concern.
Provide other ways to connect to hosted databases other than via 'Open Remote'.
