DSN Names not showing up when using Manage External Database

Description of the issue

DSN names do not show up in Manage External Data Sources.
ODBC drivers are installed
System DSN 64bit

Steps to reproduce the problem

Manage => External Data Sources =>New =>Click ODBC =>Click Specify => Select one of the data sources you have setup on your machine


There are none listed

Expected result

List of DSN names show up

Actual result

Select one of the data sources that have been setup on your machine.

No DSNs are listed

Exact text of any error message(s) that appear
