Description of the issue

When DPI setting is changed to anything other than the default both filemaker and databases scale improperly. Fuzzy icons, improper rendition of lines, scroll bars funky, etc.

Steps to reproduce the problem

Change windows setting to 125% or any other percentage other than 100% under display settings.

Expected result

Filemaker should look like versions previous to 13

Actual result

Filemaker icons, lines, arrows, and rendered text all scale improperly.

Configuration information

Tried disabling DPI scaling for filemaker through compatibility settings.

Workaround

Run Windows at 100% DPI.
