Description of the issue

I have downloaded, installed, rebooted, uninstalled, rebooted, installed again and I cannot get FM Pro 13 to open. I don't mean to open files; I mean I can't get the program to open. Everything is pointed to the correct target directory. When I click on the fm icon, the little spinner comes up for a minute, then nothing happens.
