Description of the issue

open the dialogue to manage the scripts.
scrawl to a script that is situated in the middle of a longer list of scripts (see 1, attached picture)
Try to relocate this script by using the small arrows to the top of the list outside the displayed section of the script list: once you reach the ceiling the autoscroll feature is not activated (see 3, attached picture)
Pls. note: to relocate a script to the bottom of the list outside the displayed section of the scripts works as expected (see 4, attached picture)

Expected result

scripts should be relocated over the full range of listed scripts
