Description of the issue

Prerequisite: German setting in the OS for decimal seperator (= ","; in Amerika or Switzerland it is ".")

When you want to format a line the lowest value displayed is 0.25. When you choose this value in the inspector FileMaker (refering to the German setting for the decimal seperator, which is a ",") this value is interpreted as 25 => which renders the line a little bit too thick (see picture

Steps to reproduce the problem

change the county settings of the OS to "Germany"
