Steps to reproduce the problem

Here is a simple example of the 12 vs 13 Font Leading issue.

New Filemaker Database. 1 Field. 5 Paragraphs of Lorem Ipsum text in Arial 12pt under Mac OS X 10.9.2.

Open the file in FM13 and "Save Records as PDF"
Open the file in FM12. Change the font color to red. "Save Records as PDF"
Open both PDF files in Illustrator and lay the FM12 PDF (red text) overtop of the FM13 PDF (black text). Slightly offset FM12 text to the Left.

Font leading in Filemaker 12 occupies a height of 6.0926 in for 34 lines of text.
Font leading in Filemaker 13 occupies a height of 5.6296 in for 34 lines of text.
